JMO! As per your question re: whether or not you have to send in the $1000, I'd just call Dr. R's office and find out. Sorry you didn't get any responses before... it did go through, I remember reading it before, but I didn't have any definite answers for you, so I didn't respond. ) Hope I helped some! Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I haven't seen any responses to this, so I wasn't sure if it went through. Any suggestions as to when I should submit my packet. And I do have another question, regarding the $1000.00. If we were in the system before that new requirement do we still have to send the $1000.00? Thanks, Hi, Because I am switching my insurance in November I know I will be able to schedule the MGB in January. I was wondering when it would be a good time to submit my packet. I was thinking of November after I make my insurance selection. My concerns are this: My insurance doesn't kick in until 1/1/2001 - the packet needs to contain proof of insurance approval. I won't officially receive that until January. My Physical - If I have my physical in November including blood work and EKG would that be recent enough for January Surgery. On Line form - I am in Dr. R database with the online form since 2/19/00 do you think I will have to fill out another one since so many months have lasped. I have developed some more co-morbidities while waiting. I know this packet has to be complete or it will be rejected, I have had it done since April but it needs some beefing up under the new requirements. Do you think since insurance isn't offical until January, I will have to wait to send it then and probably end up with a February or March date. I have a feeling Dr. R. will have another onslaught after people change insurance companys. Your advise is appreciated. Thanks, , Denver, NC --- End forwarded message ---
