Guest guest
Kris, Your e-mail said University of Illinois, but I think your might be thinking about University of Indiana. (Which is where Dr. Lehman is...at the least the one often talked about on this board.). If that's the case IU has a place connected to the hospital by a skybridge (University Place) and another that you can take a monorail to (Methodist Tower Inn - this one's cheaper). The IU website has a link to both of these hotels. Hope that helps. Dave PS- Sorry you are going through all this. Like you, I traveled from Austin to IU to get there help. It was definitely worth it! > Hi, I'm new to this board and just looking for some support. I have > been trying to read some messages and lay low for awhile. Guest guest
Kris, Is it not Dr Lehman at Indianapolis? I am also from TN..about 3 hours east of you. I went and saw Dr Lehman whom I was told was an excellent GI, one that won't rest until he finds the reason why ...if it is Indianapolis, they have a hotel across from the hospital..I think there is a walkway you can take from the hotel to the hospital. If I am wrong, it is because I've been to quite a few hospitals in different states, and might be getting mixed up..
Guest guest
Hi - yes, it is Dr. Lehman at Indiana University Hospital. I made a mistake in my first post. I sure hope he is willing to work with me. I'm so afraid to see doctors anymore. Do you mind if I ask " Was Dr. Lehman very attentive during your stay there? and did he seem genuine? " I've been to so many dr.s that tell me to just deal with it. They have no idea really.. Thank you for the information about the hotel too.
