Guest guest
Thank you so much for responding. I thought I was loosing my mind by being afraid to eat. I guess I just need to listen to my body. Your right about the inconsistencey with this disease. One day I can have toast or a piece of cheese and then the next day I will be buckeled over pain and running to the bathroom with diarrhea. Thats why I stick with pretty much the same food each day that I work. I cant risk having those symptoms right in the middle of caring for my patient. I have read your post and am so very sorry for all the things that have been going on with your and your sister and sis in law. Taking the trip to florida after the baby is born sounds like a wonderful idea. I hope things work out for all ya'll. I have been so very weak that I was thinking maybe I need to include more exercise to get stronger. I am just so scared to do anything that will make those incredibly severe cant breathe pains come back. The constant pain is bad enough but maybe I need to work through that. I dont expect it to improve so I must learn to live with it. Thanks again for the imput and you and your family have been in my thoughts and prayers and will continue to be. Guest guest
Excercise produces endorphins that help with pain. We should all do some excercise. from Canada
