Guest guest Posted February 7, 2004 Report Share Posted February 7, 2004 Fliss, it isn't necessarily that calcium supplements increase calcifications in the pancreas, but that hypercalcemia (high calcium levels) can cause attacks of acute pancreatitis, which is a different thing altogether.
