I have a SCD recipe that calls for red wine. I know it needs to be

dry. I just looked on the legal list and I see the Grams Sugar per

litre Sugar Code. Is this on the bottles. Last time I was in the

store regarind bottles the only ingredient I saw was " inclues

sulfites " . Is there an ingredient section that I just happen to miss?

OR can anyone suggest a good red dry wine that you know is OK?

Thanks!

P.S. I just noticed that beer is illegal. This diet isn't really for

me. Of course, I can benefit from it. If I have a beer sometimes that

just ruin all the other foods that I've eaten. i.e. do this diet 100%

or don't bother? I would think any amount of healthy food you eat is

good. I'm not trying to correct any kind of intestinal issue. (this

diet is mainly for my daughter)

Thanks!

In Ontario, the Liquor Stores are run by the government and wine is

labeled for sweetness. zero meanaing it's sugar free.
