Guest guest
Hi Kathie, We still love to eat...... of course now I look at what my family is eating and think to myself.... " You're going to eat THAT......and you're going to eat THAT MUCH!!!!!! " Your perspective on food changes but you'll still be able to eat normally. You just won't eat as much. My hubby and I split entrees at restaurants, it works out fine. Love, Genz Kathie265@... wrote: > Ok. Guest guest
For a long time - 7 weeks or so - I had no desire to eat. Then the hunger returned. I still eat. I eat just about anything I like..but much much less of it. And when I'm finished, I feel satisfied. In another few hours I'm usually hungry again...so I eat again. I still put lots of food on my plate. There's always a plate with Saran wrap on it in the frig. I only eat 1/2 of Lean Cuisine..I love to go out for dinner. I order, just eat way less and take the rest home for lunch the next day. My husband is gaining weight...because of all I'm not eating. But bottom line is that my taste seems to have changed and I am satisfied after I eat. Guest guest
Kathie, The first positive thing my husband said was " I m surprised of how much I can eat " Some meals I m eating like a queen.example 2 lobster tails 3 oz eac salad with dressing half baked potatoe with butter and a glass of water all with in 70 minutes, oh I had dessert also huge strwberries 4. The food sat hi I had one strawberry too many but in 15 minutes and walking around I felt great. I had head hunger the first month and did everything within reason to satisfy my cravings. Sometimes the food sits heavy (with pork fried rice) or if I ate too much and other times I have no problems eating a regular normal to small size portion meal, ya know like an average thin person would eat. The first 2 weeks I was getting slight pain in my jaws from lack of chewing but somehow that went away.--- I chew some more crackers. Food is no longer my priority , it's my relationships with LIFE in general that keep changing! and I love it....It's like I m 19 again, Good Luck Prayers Lori 5-31-00 -49lbs In MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com, smootgen@s... wrote: > Hi Kathie, > > We still love to eat...... of course now I look at what my family is > eating and think to myself....
