Uh Oh--infraction during intro...

On day 2 of the intro diet, my son had a tiny drink of pink lemonade

then later in the day was given a peach from someone....aarrgghh!

Do I have to start over?

(we had seen no diarreah or any other symptoms so far.)

I would just get right back " on the wagon " and keep moving forward. Later on,

you can always go back and do a day of intro if you think things aren't

progressing. Don't worry too much!
