Hi Henry, we have not met. I also live in SC and receive my

treatment at MUSC. Where do you live in SC? I am realtively new on

this board, I guess I joined last spring or summer when they were

still struggling with my diagnosis. SOD, ductal tortusoity, and I

had a sphincteroplasty in late Oct, which it is still uncertain as

to its efficacy. The whipple was an option bounced around, but its

going to have to bounce around a lot more before I choose that one.

I'm sorry to have read that your whipple did not take; but you have

had 3 good years, I'm guessing. For those of us who dont know you,

perhaps you could give a brief history. From what I have read, you

are more then welcomed back and I look forward to speaking with you

more. I am just sorry that you have found it necessary and hope

that the future brings us all better health.

Warmly,

Dear ,

Thank you for welcoming me back and introducing yourself. It's a small

world as we both live in S.C. and recieve our treatment at MUSC. I'm from

Mount Pleasant, S.C. just across the River (Big Bridges - & New

bridge) from the hospital complex about 6 miles away which is convinient.

Please hang on for the history you asked about. Like you are probably, I

get fatigued sitting at the cpt. especially after just getting out of the

hospital. I need to take a break, then I'll come back and finish. O.K.? :-)
