It was a pain in the butt to squeeze the milk out but once I did the milk was really thick. I followed the recipe for almond yogurt but it seemed to need more water. So far the yogurt is chilling in the fridge and pretty thick.like store bought yogurt! I haven't tasted yet but I will let you know.
