Guest guest
You're right... no need to soak those frozen baby limas. They are not for beginners, though. Not sure how long you've been on SCD. Patti Lima beans cooking question On the legal/illegal list, it says dried lima beans have to be soaked first overnight, but says nothing in particular about fresh beans. I got some frozen baby lima beans. I'm assuming I can just boil this in water and eat it, without having to soak it first? Thanks, Angie
Guest guest
Thanks, Patti. We've been SCD for 18 mos (!!!!!!!) and got a clean bill of health (clean scope, anyway) 6 mos ago, so we're moving onto try the legal things we've been staying away from until now. Thanks, Angie > > You're right... no need to soak those frozen baby limas. They are not for beginners, though.
