Guest guest
LOLL; you should see those precious little human's rooms!! Its a lot of running around but kids kinda grow on you. You hit my idea right on the head about the weight lifting. Slow steady repetitive movements building strength from the inside out. Just dont know if I should jump into anything or not until I get stronger. But maybe that will make me stronger. I've lost a ton of weight since all this started. I'm still on the chunky side and have tried to see the weight loss as a silver lining, so the weight loss is in a sense good. I am considerably weaker now though; since the surgery; everything is worse since the surgery. I have been a grazer for the last few years. I tell people I dont eat 3 squares but 5 triangles. On a work day, I'll have a boild egg and a slice of whole wheat toast at 4am, then a banana or slimfast at 8am, 10am maybe a handful of almonds, chicken noodle soup for lunch and fat free salteens, with an apple or yogurt. These are tried and true what I can eat at work without having nausea increased pain and diarrehea(the worst part since it so immediate). I have had that same menu everyday at work for over a year. sometimes I deviate from soup, but not much. At home I kinda work around what I feed the family, but the last week I have declined to participate. I have to eat at work or I will not have the energy I need. Small meals are easier to digest and its really better for the body anyway. Your job sounds like it would be interesting. My oldest wants to be a pathologist, forensics, you know CSI. She has been accepted at Auburn for next fall, hope I works out for her, if I can bare to see her go. Snow! Thats great, I have never seen real snow! Have fun, it should be sunny and in the low 60's tomorrow, so we are going to build a fire in the yard, roast some oyster, then put hot dogs on a stick to cook on the fire and even bought marshmellows too.
