Guest guest
I have been on pancreatic enzymes for about 20+ years now & I am also on antibiotics more for upper respiratory infectons, but what I do find helpful is taking acidolphilis with the antibiotics so that you don't get yeast or bacterial overgrowth. I take Bacid, you can get it at the pharmacy, no prescription required, although it's more expensive than the antibiotic! I take one tablet with every antibiotic I take, if it's 3 per day, then 3 Bacid per day. Also everyone with chronic pancreatitis should be taking the good bacteria like yogurt or something like a chewable Acidophilus with bifidus to keep our intestinal flora up to snuff! It helps with flatulence as well as bacterial overgrowth & candida. Good luck I hope this helps, in ton
