Commercial products can change formulations without notice. They are not governed by SCD abd often have undisclosed ingredients. Elaine cautions against them as well as foods offered on web sites. You use them at your own risk. See page 71 of BTVC, last paragraph edition ten. It sounds like you have not studied our very resourceful web site: http://www.pecanbread.com/ It contains much of the information you are seeking . We ask bewcomers to study that site and also Elaine's: www.breakingthevicouscycle.info Carol F. Guest guest
It sounds good but by the time it was published could be 'illegal'. LOL I don't worry about brands as I just don't by anything ready made. I but tomatoes and make ketsup/sauce etc. We use fresh fruits and veggies or frozen organic. I agree that a step by step launch would be helpful but it is all pretty much in the book BTVC or on one of the web sites. You do have to serch and put together though. I have thought a section added to the Pecan Bread site that helped you walk through the two sites would help kind of like chapter # but maybe just titles. This way you would get the articals in a good succession. Sandy M.
