I have an 18 month old, as well! his b'day is 3/24/99. Is your daughter

talking much? Brennan understands SO MUCH, but has yet to say much other

Thanks Tricia....does anyone know any hotels closer to the hospital...my mom

is coming with me and does not like to drive in big places or unfamiliar

territory

Call 1-877-Medstay. They have deals cut with many hotels and Hawthorn

is one of them. 55.00 a night for a queen size, a sofa sleeper, and a

kitchenette.

Hawthorne Suites is about 15-20 minutes from the hospital (by car).

Their number is and it is located at 300 Meredith Drive.

Kendra - call the 1-877-medstay first. They have the half price

deals

for those coming to town for medical reasons. There are several

closer places. Just not with a 2 br suite in a newer place with a

pool. Just tell them what kind of room you are looking for and which

hospital you will be at and you'll get a great deal.

Kendra, we stayed at the Hampton Inn on Hillendale road and the drive

to the Dr's office the clinic and the hospital were all on little

rural like residential streets. Very simple route to and from the

hotel.
