Does anyone notice that they feel VERY full after eating a larger meal.

Naturally you would feel full but lately when I make anything with SCD

tomato sauce and a meat dish with veggies, I feel fuller than normal.

Almost like digestion is slower or something. You know, when something

tastes very good you eat a little too much. I feel that " very full "

feeling and slower digestion when eating even a tad too much.

Thanks for your feedback in advance!

Best wishes for a great weekend.

Ronnie

Hi Ronnie,

Yes,that happens to me. I also can't eat too much fruit at one time. I

had a bunch of applesauce last night and felt awful, bloated and

anxious.I also can't eat too many muffins or cookies with honey in them.

Take care,

June
