to is a vegetable-based dye and is ok on SCD, but some people say

it makes them more hyper. It depends if you are sensitive to it.

Hi,

I was browsing at some cheeses today in the store, and noticed that

some like cheddar have an ingredient called " annato " or something like

that - can't remember exactly. It says it is for coloring. I'm not

sure what this is, but several cheeses had it. Is this a SCD-legal

ingredient?
