To first say, yes Hiedi, your records are legally yours. Not the

doctors or the clinic or the hospital. They belong to you and you

can take them anytime you wish, If they give you crap, tell them

you will contact your lawyer to get them if they wish. I would very

much want the records of that GI, the actual chart, if I were you.

I am not doing so hot, I am taking a lot more demerol then I have in

the past and it makes me feel very weak and lethargic. I am also

having a lot of nausea and vomiting. I paged the doc to see how

much demerol is safte to take but nobody has called me back.

Today is Alison's 18th birthday otherwise I would have gone to the

hospital. I was actually sobbing in my husbands arms the pain was

so bad. I did cook her favorite dinner and even made a chocolate

turtle (like the chocolate candy with caramel and pecans) cake.

thank you all for such kind words and if I felt worth a hoot I would

have the strength to write to each of you. I have always been very

hesitant to take the drugs and now I worry that I am taking too

much. I am taking demerol 200mg every 3-4 hours but it only covers

my pain for about 2-3. Zofran 8mg every 4-5 hours. Ultram 100mg

bid, and ativan bid.

Good luck with the doc at duke tomorrow Tammy and let us know how it

goes. He's pretty nice guy and not so bad on the eyes last time I

saw him.

Heidi I did get your em about the wedding plans and it sounds so

perfect, I know exactly the place. I just have so little energy and

have spent it on the kids this weekend.

Jac thanks for the warms wishes, I appreciate that a lot.

I do try to read the post but just dont have the strenght right now

to write. I hope this spell is short lived.
