he was in the AF. Maybe you could go with me and my family next time we go

to visit. All you would have to pay for is Airline and spening

cash...tehehehe, I have lots of nice relatives there who will put us up!!!

This surgery works miracles. I went through and changed out the old

picture of myself from 5 years ago (when I actually weighed less than I

do now), because I look better now than I did then!

Hi ! Boy, you look great!!! You already look ten years younger.

I hope all of the beautiful, long hair of yours does'nt suffer too

badly. I got on my scales this morning and saw a loss of 18 pounds in

9 days! I knew I was bad about retaining fluids, but 18 pounds!!!

I *feel* ten years younger, too. No joint pains, no fatigue, no swollen

feet/ankles/face/fingers! It's soooooo much better now.

Me, too, but I just wanted to have it long once and be skinny at the

same time. I've never had long hair ever in my life until the last 3

years, so I've never seen myself skinny with long hair -- that's a

goal. I would have already cut it off, but it's sort of the " marker " of

my quest to get skinny. I will cut it *after* I get skinny (maybe,

we'll see. I've gotten where I like it.)

Now that's *some* water weight! Just wait -- as your body turns fat

into water, you get to lug *that* around awhile, too! And pee like a

russian race horse when it *finally* decides to let go of all that water

.. . .

But then, it'll be gone FOREVER!!!! YES!

Hugs,
