Guest guest Posted June 8, 2006 Report Share Posted June 8, 2006 Hello, I made my first batch of goat yogurt last night and followed the instructions on the BTVC webpage. I forgot to put water in the yogurmet before putting the inner container inside it. It will be ready to open in a few hours but I am now wondering if the batch will not be good because the water is there to transfer the heat to the inner container. When I open it I will stick the thermometer in to check what temperature the yogurt has been at for the last 24 hrs. Has anyone used the Yogurmet and not put in the water? Is my batch no good?
