So glad to see you post. Yes I feel the same about this group. The are all the greatest! And yes they are all my extended family just wish they all lived closer!(of course we wouldn't get anything done)LOL

Sorry you have RP and it was so long in being diagnosed. As far as the meds for depression...yes I have taken zoloft. Hated every minute of it! I had to take something so I could sleep at night and then the pred would get me wide awake around 10 or so. Those were the days! NOT!!!

Try to bear with it. It will get easier at least it did for me. Now I am off the pred and only take it for flares so I don't take the depression med anymore either.

The Prednisone is driving mecrazy. I'm on 30 mg. a day supplemented withMethyltrexate once a week. I can only manage to work2 or 3 days a week if I'm lucky. I'm also having totake 100 mg.Zoloft per day for the depression. Are anyof the rest of you taking meds. for depression? Ididn't mean to make this such a long post. Againthank you for putting this group together. I lookforward to interacting with such a loving and caringgroup.W
