Guest guest
Well I've been blasted for saying it before so if it happens again then so be it.. Milk will make you fat... PERIOD... No questions about it... Milk is one of the worst foods you could ever put in your body... Keep drinking it and you'll keep gaining weight. Guest guest
I have to admit that any thing in excess can make me gain weight. I don't think a glass of milk a day or every couple of days is going to make me gain weight any more then eating protein on a regular basis will. JMHO. Guest guest
What you need to do is survey all who drink milk, and find out if the milk drinkers have reached goal and maintained for more than a year or two. Just a suggestion. Regards~ Jacque Distal RNY, 5/30/00 Drs. Fox and Oh 310~126 Beginning BMI 50.0 Current BMI 20.3 > Pam - > I grew up on a farm and still consider myself a farm girl.
