Science behind yogurt and hyperactivity

I've seen many people make reference to too much yogurt and a period of

hyperactivity. Why

would this be?

Dear Angie, Die off can cause interesting behavior. I truly feel that after

seeing my son go through it that hyperactivity is one of them. If it was food

intolerance, when the gut heals eating strict SCD TM, most of these strange

behavior reactions to foods can vanish in the first 6 to 12 months. So what

ever it was...it is now gone (only 4 months SCD)! YEAH!
