Guest guest
Stormy, I have a suggestion for you. This actually was told in clinic by Rexanne a faithful post-op. She was beautiful and so energetic she was bouncing off the walls. She suggested eating yogurt the night before surgery. Hey, you want to eat lightly anyway she said this coats your bowel. I tried this and it worked for me. I had very little post-op pain and did NOT have trouble with gas. I also did not have any problems from the IV antibiotic which can give you a nasty yeast infection. I was thinking the yogurt may have made the difference for me. Give it a try. Rexanne- did I quote you properly? Darlene talachee@... wrote: > Hi Debbie, > I'm so glad that you are doing well!!! I expect to have the gas pain, > too. Are you staying the week? Have you met any of the other MGB folks? Are you taking any pictures? Hugs,
Guest guest
Early bird catches the worm and all that . . . bleah! Sorry to hear you are having that shoulder pain. I had it after I had a lap tubal ligation so I know what you mean, but thankfully, I did not get it with the MGB. I think it is where the gas gets trapped up in your shoulder. No fun. Tell Crystal I wish her well when you see her. Hugs, talachee@... wrote: > > Hi , > Boy, your up early! I have not been out much since my surgery. This > shoulder pain is really bad.
