I agree that going on the diet too is advisable. It will give insight

into what the food is like and likely benefit you too. It means food in

the household will be compliant. Getting into illegals is a great

problem especially with older kids.

If this is a reference to the question I asked, I have been on the diet with

them. My whole family has been scd for 2 years now with no illegals in the

house. The reason I asked the question was because my chemical makeup is not

what theirs is. Way different genetics. My thinking was that I might not even

know what they feel if my body is different. Maybe I'm thinking wrong, that is

why I asked the question. Pearl

in actual fact people respond pretty much the same, if people were

that different then scd would not work across the board

i think humans to chimps is about 1/2% difference and i don't know

what human to unrelated human is, probably 1/1000th of a percent or

less difference

when epole say what works for one doesn't work for another , they are

really saying that haven't worked out things well enough and as a

result find results inconsistent

supplementation like scd is based on universal human biochemistry and

therefore broadly applicable
