Please stop forwarding this junk. It's been making the rounds

for a few years, starting in Canada. There is no bill 602P. Bills

would be labeled HR or S for House of Representatives or Senate.

People mentioned in various versions of this do not exist. PLEASE

check out anything like this before passing it on and perpetuating

it. I use www.snopes2.com and there are other good sites which tell

the background of these hoaxes.
