Guest guest
When the time comes that iel can handle the chopped nuts, dried fruit, ect., I'd like to make some homemade granola for him to eat with his yogurt. The one problem that I haven't come up with a solution for is a substitution for the rolled oats. Every granola recipe that I've seen contains it. Is there some substitution that can be made? Do I just add more dried coconut, nuts, and fruit? If anyone has already figured out how to make granola, please offer any suggestions. Thanks.
