The program promises to be an exciting one with a keynoteaddress from Dunn, Author of Blockading the Border and HumanRights, the El Paso Operation that Remade Immigration Enforcement and Spener, Author of Clandestine Crossings, Migrants and Coyotes on theTexas-Mexico Border. The conference will also host a variety of workshop topics including the Lance Armstrong Foundation’s LIVESTRONG CancerSurvivorship Training, Immigration, HIV Prevention, and Increasing FarmworkerAccess to care through Enabling Services as well as have dynamic speakersfrom the Bureau of Primary Health Care, Centers for Disease Control andPrevention, and Farmworker Health Network Organizations.
