This is kind of a hike for you, but you can get sugar-free bacon at Hendricks Farms and Dairy in Telford, PA. They also have grass-fed beef, free-range eggs and chicken, raw milk (both cow and goat) and dairy products, etc., including the nothing-added-after-fermentation cottage cheese I was discussing. http://www.hendricksfarmsanddairy.com I would also recommend looking in the Reading Terminal Market next to Market East Station in Philadelphia, which would be closer for you. If I see it there I'll let you know. My son has never eaten bacon so it is not something I've been seriously looking for yet. mother of Adam (7yo, PDD-NOS, asthma, egg allergy, new to SCD)
