This is kind of a hike for you, but you can get sugar-free bacon at

Hendricks Farms and Dairy in Telford, PA. They also have grass-fed beef,

free-range eggs and chicken, raw milk (both cow and goat) and dairy

products, etc., including the nothing-added-after-fermentation cottage

cheese I was discussing.

I would also recommend looking in the Reading Terminal Market next to

Market East Station in Philadelphia, which would be closer for you. If I

see it there I'll let you know. My son has never eaten bacon so it is not

something I've been seriously looking for yet.
