Guest guest
Dr. Rutlege; I know you lurk and scan most of the postings because you answer some of them as appropriate. I'm mentioning this here, rather than emailing you so I can get other MBGer's to rally around the flag and say, " Hey, he's right. You should do this! " There's been a number of revisions to the patient manual over the last month. I think it would be tremendously helpful if you had a revision sheet in front of the patient manual to identify what has changed or has been added since the last issue. From the time I began preparing my packet to the time I got it submitted, there were 2 revisions to the manual, so I had to print it out 3 times. The only way to tell what changed was to do a page by page comparison and that's rather tedious. Give us a revision sheet, put an asterisk along side the paragraphs that changed, underline the things that changed, do them in a different color, etc. Just my 2 cents... 18 days and counting.
