Elaine really only wanted us to use Lactobacillus acidophilus as our main strain

of good bacteria. There are some good ones you can order. Check

www.pecanbread.com for more info on probiotics. Sisu puts inulin in their

probiotics as well and that is not allowed on SCD as inulin is indigestable.

I will look up the numbers BUT the acidopilus needs to STAY in a

fridge???? How do they manage that one?

get things to us! How long can the ice packs last?

good question. I know that I was at the hospital once with my son's antibiotics

with me. They were supposed to be kept in the fridge and he did not seem

concerned that they were kept out for a day or so. I just really don't know but

the one they sent me is a really good one. They send it in that styrofoam cooler

type containers.
