I think I remember hearing that is it legal but is it easy to cook with? Is it

harder on the gut than almond flour? It's cheaper and might be good for a

change - just curious if anyone has worked with it and if it's for sure legal!

The bag I bought is pure without additives and appears to be very very finely

ground.

Hi Robbie,

Depends on what you are making.

It can be for some, but depends on how much healing you have. Since

you've been on the diet a *long time* it may be fine. Just try a

little the first time to see if there is a reaction.

Sounds okay.
