Guest guest
I think I remember hearing that is it legal but is it easy to cook with? Is it harder on the gut than almond flour? It's cheaper and might be good for a change - just curious if anyone has worked with it and if it's for sure legal! The bag I bought is pure without additives and appears to be very very finely ground. Robbie
Guest guest
Hi Robbie, > I think I remember hearing that is it legal but is it easy to cook with? Depends on what you are making. > Is it harder on the gut than almond flour? It can be for some, but depends on how much healing you have. Since you've been on the diet a *long time* it may be fine. Just try a little the first time to see if there is a reaction. >It's cheaper and might be good for a change - just curious if anyone has worked with it and if it's for sure legal!
