Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this presentation, participants should be able

to:

Identify the five basic components of a Logic Model structure.

2.

Review the purpose of each Logic Model component and how the components of a

Logic Model work in tandem.

3.

Obtain introductory knowledge to work with an evaluator to develop a program

Logic Model.

4.

Review the potential uses of Logic Models to support effective clinical and

administrative processes, program evaluation design and enhance program

performance.
