Hello everyone!

has been on the diet for 2 weeks now. I could not wait for

the book before starting! He has had well formed stools for a past

few days. I introduced one tablespoon of goat yoguart and added

lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus acidophilus, and Enterococcus

faceium by sisu. I just sprinkled it over the yoguart and gave it to

him. He did not seem to react to this. He never had goat milk or

yoguart in his life. He has not had any milk products since the age

of 6 weeks. Could I sprinkle the powder acidophilus in the yogurat

and let it grow in the fridge? Or just keep sprinkling it ovet the

yoguart?

Today, day three this am, on the yoguart mix he had a bit of brown

speckles and a bit of mucus and no real poop in the toilet at all.

He seems fine and is not complaining. I have been giving him cooked

punes daily to avoid pills the doctor gave us to help him get rid of

all the poop in him. I feel cooked prunes is working well!

has been on the GFCF diet for 4 years. So I was doing the

yoguart earlier than seems to be reccomended because of this. He

has generally gotten acidophilus daily anyways too. He is very

healthy and trim too. He did have very dry skin but seems to be a

bit better now. get oils in his food as well. Only olive

oil, coconut butter and Bio alpha 3/6/9. He takes 9 omega 3 oil

pills daily as well. He has not been too hungy on the diet at all!

he just gets extra veggie and meat, all organic of course!

Thanks so much for the support!

So good to have this group as we get started!

Cheers!

Pamela
