Spreading the Word--A Brochure?

Hi everyone:

I was at Children's Hospital recently, and walked by the GI clinic

where I saw a brochure for the pediatric crohn's and colitis research

foundation (something like that) that stated " there is no connection

between what you eat and your disease. " And requesting donations to

the foundation so they could conduct " more research " . I was

infuriated.

Is there already, or would some creative, generous soul be willing to

create, a brochure for distribution which gives a lot of information

about SCD, including some websites and the book details etc.

It would be great to have a line drawing on the front (like what's on

the book) of wonderful, yummy food that's SCD-legal, and detailed

information and success stories inside.

There could be one for Crohn's/colitis, and another one for Autism.

Heck, I could write a success story for one on depression (even

having not been 100% fanatically legal over the past year, my

depression is miraculously gone...hence this burst of Spring

energy :o).

I'd sure like to be able to start by going around the city and

leaving these in pediatricians offices, at the hospital, and finding

any support groups and handing these out too. It's a shame more

people don't know about this. Yes, it's a difficult diet to adhere

to, but the greater the numbers who use it, the more support there

will be and the greater benefit will be had. I can't believe

foundations are seeking more money for research when the answer is

already here.

Any volunteers?
