Guest guest
Bern, Instead of trying to remember to sip 2 to 3 tablespoons every 15 to 20 min try just keeping some juice at your side and constantly sipping! Let your tummy say you've had 2 to 3 tablespoons instead of your head! Remember our tummies are suppose to tell us when for the rest of our lives! And remember baby tummy, baby sips!! Mine definitely is in charge now! I keep something to drink constantly, sun up till sun down, and a cracker close by. I'm looking forward to mashed potatoes! Does anybody know, can we put the butter and milk in them? or will that maybe make us sick? I'm planning on instant! Any suggestions? What about the oatmeal, can it have cream and sugar? I read on a post somewhere that milk doesn't set well that's why we chew those " yummy tums " ?
