Guest guest
Hi. I went back to try to find that post from Dr. Rutledge about putting surgery dates in the packet. I hav'nt yet found the one that said " This is the proceedure " ...but here is one that says the same thing. I'll post the other one when I find it. Dr. Rutledge has posted on nearly all of the rules and regulations in past posts. I read them occassionally just to remind myself of things that I need to do. When you send you package send in a list of possible surgery dates and Debbie can email you a date. If you have already sent in your package you can email Debbie a list of dates for her to send you back a date. REMEMBER: No Faxes. We now have 990 people in the database. We can no longer do faxes. I have instructed Debbie to discard incoming faxes that are to go into your packages. Put everything in one envelope. Then mail it. We are hiring a new person but Debbie can only spend so much time retrieving bits of peoples packages and filing. Please help us. Put everything in one envelope. :-) RR Who schedules surgery??? > From: Dedevz@a... > > I have sent in my packet....I think everyting is in it. I'm schedualled for > the April 8th 9am clinic.
