When my doctor told me I had to be on a 40-50 gram of fat diet I thought I would starve to death. Surprisingly since I have been eating this way I had lost 13lbs in 3 months. You don't have to starve yourself. Just start reading the labels on everything. You will be suprized to see what you can eat. Keep a journal of what you eat and how much fat.
