Guest guest
I am sorry but I have not had the time to explore many of 's ideas. I am not sure if we can refer to his ideas as SCD or not. I am not endorsing it because I have not had the time to evaluate this matter. believes that a person can make new rules and alter our diet for their own body by using careful observation of symptoms. I believe that it is too difficult to figure out the rules by yourself if you have kids. I will explain how doing SCD with a child is more difficult than with an adult: Some children might not let us see the bathroom results. If they are tired it might be due to the fact that they stayed up during the night without our permission and did not tell us about it. If they are non verbal, they might not tell us about pain or other symptoms. Even verbal ones might not express the symptoms. They might have sneaked some food without our permission and we do not know about this infraction. There is no way that I could have done SCD without rules for my 2 kids. Fanatical adherence makes such a HUGE difference with my 2 kids. My son is 100% compliant and my daughter used to sneak any food that she found(once a week she might find a small piece of junk food). My son has improved so much more than his sister! UNBELIEVABLE DIFFERENCE. A few days ago,my daughter ate a few bread crumbs. She took enzymes at the same time. After I found out about it,I made her eat lots and lots of yogurt. I still see a difference. Mimi
