Guest guest
Hello Sandy, we got the large queen size target bed foam. We cut it to fit the crib and placed it under the waterproof pad and sheet. It really helped my son. We used the excess foam to put in his bassinett and also his pack and play bottom under a pack and play sheet. (Sometimes he rests in the pack and play also.) I found the foam to be great and we still use it today after graduation. We are actually traveling to NC and SC in a few weeks and I am flying with a piece of the foam to put in a pack and play down there. I believe it is around 50$ and comes in a white green box. It is not the egg crate type it is flat foam about 1 1/2 inch. I learned about using it from other mothers on the board. Good luck give it a try. The plaster moulding wasn't so bad either, the whole process was maybe 5 minutes. Our next appt. is June 18th, that's when his helmut will ready and he'll be fitted. Is there any advice about how to properly introduce your baby into wearing the helmut for 20 hours a day? I imagine one needs to build up the time they're wearing it.....is an hour at a time a good place to start or more or less? and for sleeping I have to admit I'm worried how that will go. I'm sure there will be lots of challenges ahead for us but I'm glad we're getting this done.thanks everyone for your support, advice and encouragement,Marina
