I have my energy back, i have my appetite back. I lost 10 pounds. Since i last posted to you about being sick, i have been in the bed. I'm better now. Now my husband is sick and i am staying far away as possible from him. I hope everything is well your way. I will talk to you later. and Glenda hi to you both. I hope everyone else is doing great. I got a warning that i had to much mail. So i'm pretty sure some of it has been automatically deleted, i don't know. So if someone has sent a post to me, you might want to send it back if i have not answered. okay well i will end here.
