I haven't submitted my appliation yet. Reading what trouble some people

have had getting pcp cooperation I didn't want to submit my application and

then have to change it because he said 'no,' so, I'm waiting until after the

appointment (8/22 3:15 p.m.) to send it in (I've already filled it out, just

need to add the pcp info.) I hope to submit it this week. i guess everyone

is reluctant to have those people in RR's office have to handle a piece of

paper more than one time if they don't have to. I'll be a self-pay. It's a

big step for me because, other than a knee arthroscopy after a ski accident

20 years ago, I've never been in the hospital. A Very big step.
