Guest guest
Professor Steen Stender, Denmark had his results of a big research on anti-oxidant publisted in The Lancet (medical journal) oktober/november 2002. One conclusion is that antioxidants in form of tableys has no effect. Taken in form of fruit, vegetabels ... they or an other stof definite has a god effect. At the moment we have a helthcampain saying 6 units of healt a day. One unit can be an apple, orange, glas of juice, ... (not 1 tablet!!) (my wife claims one glas of wine counts as one helth unit). The topic was again raised 3 weeks ago. I have tried to find out in what connection, but so far I can not find/remenber it. I have tried to find the artikel on www.thelancet.com, but my english is not... I can not find it. Fast answer for now. I take Anti-oxidant daily!
