Hi Cyndi,

Try not to worry too much about the EUS - easier said than done, i know!

I had one done last October. I was really anxious, as i'd had ERCP's before, and

always developed an acute attack. The EUS wasn't anywhere near as bad as i was

expecting. I had the IV medication, and don't remember anything after that,

until i woke up, in bed in the ward. I was able to eat and drink a few hours

later, and had no problems at all.
