Atkins diet. The Atkins diet is all protein, virtually no

carbohydrates.

Also, there is a " 12 day diet " that several people have recommended but

I don't know what it is.

These is a 12 day diet that used to be ready. Someone on here

should have that url. I think she lost 22 lbs in two weeks. Something

like that.

try the atkins diet i lost 30 lbs in 30 days and eat till i was full, good

diet the best i was ever one hope this helps you alittle vanesssa from ohio.

...I AM on the Atkins and apparently my body has adjusted to it and

the weight loss is at a sort of stand still. 4pounds a week. I am looking

into other alternatives right now. Thanks for the advice
