Larry,

I can see how that might be confusing.

The bread comes out more like flat bread, not a loaf bread.

Very tasty though.

Where is this nut free, dairy free bread recipe, and does it have eggs? If

so, will it still turn out all right using the egg substitutions from

pecanbread.com?

I'd like to know that too. The egg-free bread recipe on pecanbread only

makes four " slices " (4 " x 4 " squares), as it is made in a 8 " x 8 "

pan. That's a lot of baking to make sandwiches.
