I'm sorry to say that I think that you will need both pieces of

equipment. Food processors are just not cut out to make nut milk or

smoothies or anything that is really mostly liquid.

I think the only all-in-one unit that I know if is a Vitamix and they

cost about $500.

Thanks, Jody. It would have been nice to ditch the blender but it's

not a huge deal in the scheme of life. I am loving the food

processor regardless.

On a separate note, we've been having good success with goat yogurt

which I hope to report on shortly.
