Vietti Vegetable Beef Soup, Dinty Chicken and Dumplings,

Castleberry Barbecue Beef with soy protein, shrimp, eggs

Now's the time to focus on high protein. The next 3-4 weeks will be

when you get the least calories and protein unless you really work at

it.

Dinah,

I tried a thin layer of peanut butter on crackers, with a small bit of ripe

banana. It was very good and satisfying. Canned vegetable soup, and even

some spaghetti at a restaurant sat well. Sugar-free, fat-free instant

pudding made with skim milk, cucumbers, and melon were other choices I made

that were good. Good luck. Sherry
