Guest guest
I have not had much luck getting my kids to eat yogurt yet, although I am pleased that I have it on hand now since so many SCD recipes have it as an ingredient. However, I am wondering if cooking the yogurt kills all of the great cultures in it. For instance I made muffins yesterday and am contemplating making the custard today. Will that custard have the same healing effect as straight yogurt? Cooking does kill off the 'good guys " but it also embraces some great foods, theone that comes to mind is cheesecake. Carol F.
