Guest guest
I know there are several recipes for ice cream on the www.scdrecipe.com site. We made the banana coconut one yesterday and it was awesome. (However, watch your coconut milk - it's go to be additive free) Cheryl Doolittle wrote: Hi everybody. We're new to the diet. My son has been severely self-limiting in the past, but we're making progress. He does enjoy the ice cream, and getting eggs and fruit in him at the same time is a miracle in this household. However, I believe the digestion of the oil in the recipe is difficult for him, even with digestive enyzmes. Any creative cooks out there know what might be at least partially substituted for the oil in the ice cream recipe?
