Guest guest
Hi there ! I don't post very much...and I can imagine how frustrating this all is...but I really think you need to understand something... Dr.R's office is not just understaffed...they are the smallest office with the largest number of patients i've ever heard of...and they work their tails off ! Debbie is on vacation and is very very well deserved, Barbara, bless her heart is sick, and still goes to work everyday and does all of our stuff, we need to cut her some slack. Please try and have patience ok? It will all be done really soon... >From: JBarton101@... >Reply-To: MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com >To: MiniGastricBypass (AT) egroups (DOT) com >Subject: Help - I'm getting impatient! >Date: Wed, 09 Aug 2000 22:56:52 -0000 > >I don't know if anyone else feels this way - I have been to a clinic, >got all the information gathered and submitted, sent it overnight - >Now I am waiting for approval from Dr. R. for surgery. My pre-certification letter >was held up because Dr. R's office did not provide them with a tax id >number, so I called to get that resolved. I don't know what else I >can do, but I'm frustrated by the lack of consistency of policy. >Some people have got surgery dates immediately, some get dates >without insurance approval etc. HELP ME UNDERSTAND! > > > > >This message is from the Mini-Gastric Bypass Mailing List at Onelist.com >Please visit our web site at http://clos.net >Get the Patient Manual at http://clos.net/get_patient_manual.htm > >To Unsubscribe Send and Email to: >MiniGastricBypass-unsubscribe (AT) egroups (DOT) com > > ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
