I know how your feeling, my insurance approval letter was faxed to the office

on 07/31 and they couldnt find it until 08/07, i know they are busy and

things are hectic I was feeling very anxious to and I had to call them 4

times before they found my insurance letter.Im about ready (within a few

days) to send my packet, and I will need to let my employer know ahead of

time to. Hopefully everything will begin to fall into place for you...good

luck i hope you hear from Dr.R soon..

Hi there !

I don't post very much...and I can imagine how frustrating this all is...but

I really think you need to understand something...

Dr.R's office is not just understaffed...they are the smallest office with

the largest number of patients i've ever heard of...and they work their

tails off ! Debbie is on vacation and is very very well deserved, Barbara,

bless her heart is sick, and still goes to work everyday and does all of our

stuff, we need to cut her some slack.

Please try and have patience ok? It will all be done really soon...
